0800 hrs
- Pick up from hotel and transfer to Kota Kinabalu jetty
- Boat transfer to Malahom Bay / Padang Point (Gaya Island)
- Briefing (safety precaution)
0915 hrs
- Paddling to Sabah Park HQ (Gaya Island)
- Light refreshment
- Jungle trekking from HQ to Padang Point Beach (opposite Sapi Island)
- Continue paddling
- Free at leisure
1200 hrs
- Lunch (Packed Lunch)
- Free at leisure / own activity
1600 hrs
- Boat transfer from Malahom Bay / Padang Point to Kota Kinabalu jetty
- Transfer to Hotel
