To note, we only use equipment that is certified and approved by the American Coast Guard, and UIAA. We are also representatives of high-end rafting and kayaking equipments and accentuate the use of equipments that we've put to a test, to evaluate and determine its performance.

We stand and speak only for brands that are worth its name and delivers exceptional performance and utmost quality. RIVERBUG crew uses only equipments and brands it believes in. A brand or product is only acknowledged after vigorous durability and performance tests, carried out by RIVERBUG crew.

In view of the fact that we are locally based company we are able to offer swift and excellent after sales service. We are very knowledgeable in field's related to rafting and kayaking equipments and are technologically advanced to offer quality and professional service.

Our products mostly carry a 2 years warranty and we have an expert team to guide and to attend to any faults. Our technical service personnel, should anything be wide of the mark, are quick on the uptake and are always at our client's disposal. Their expertise and their technical know-how's will confront and resolve any shortcomings or problems the clients face with our products and service.

As for any defects found on any of our products, we have the manufacturers within reach for any queries and should it prove to be a factory defect, immediate arrangements will be done in having the product replaced by the manufacturers.
