0930hrs	Pick up from Gopeng Town. Depart for Ulu Geruh (Starting Point) by lorry. Journey takes around 40 minutes.
1010hrs	Arrive starting point. Briefing by guide.
1015hrs	Rafflesia trekking for 2 hours.
1215hrs	End of Rafflesia trekking. Depart to Gopeng Nature Resort.
1315hrs	Arrive at Gopeng Nature Resort. Lunch. Get ready for white water rafting.
1400hrs	Put on white water rafting equipment, safety briefing will be given by RIVERBUG guide.
1415hrs	White water rafting commences. Covering the distance of 7 km with 9 big rapids along the way. The journey takes around 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
1600hrs	Freshen up. End of tour.
